Color films are regularly processed in-house for BPS aerial and commercial projects. These services may be available to other customers on a limited basis. Please call for additional information.
LetteringAerial film is typically lettered (annotated) prior to printing or scanning so standard information such as date, time, scale, camera information, project information and line/frame are visible on the final products. Usually this line of information is placed on a uniform edge, such as the north side on north-south flights, to help orient the image. Our subcontractor, Northwest Lettering, letters our larger projects while in-house personnel handle the small jobs. Lettering is done with Cadliner machines to produce uniform and readable characters with black ink on the base side of the film. If necessary, this lettering can be removed with alcohol.
Contact PrintsOur LogE and EPC contact printing machines produce an electronically dodged paper print or film positive (diapositive). With our experienced operators, the products are well balanced and consistent over large projects. Film positives are made with a vacuum stage to assure dimensionally accurate results.
